Besides the best prices in Ontario, everyone at Peel was extremely kind and welcoming! Noor continually stayed in contact before and after I picked up the Jeep and made sure everything was setup for me as well as answering questions about my new Jeep! I can't say enough about how great he was! And when it came to the finance part of it, Dave was absolutely amazing! He fulfilled all my requests and had my best interest at heart!!! I highly recommend getting your next vehicle at Peel!!!! I seriously can't tell enough people how great my buying experience was! More

Don't be fooled by these reviews; this dealership is just like the others: in it for the sale, and service revenue, with little focus on the customer. We were one of the unfortunate suckers who fell victim t like the others: in it for the sale, and service revenue, with little focus on the customer. We were one of the unfortunate suckers who fell victim to the purchase of the "Gold Plus Service Contract" which is meant to cover 13 oil changes. Instead it actually covers as many oil changes that will fit within 100,000 KMs. The recommended interval is every 10K KMs, so only if you NEVER exceed the recommendation (because of you know, life), a reasonable person could only ever redeem 10 oil changes. When I called Peel's Business Manager (the same individual who kept me in his office with the hard sell of said "Service Contract"when I purchased my vehicle), in the same phone call he admitted that he thought 13 were available regardless of other conditions, and only changed his opinion when I shared my experience at another dealer (and then denied everything stated prior). The manager then shared that he'd been selling such contracts for 15 years. (I bought my car in 2021, so at least it took him 4 years to learn the conditions!) It is sadly too common for sales people to not understand the products they are selling, but this isn't a coffee maker, it's the purchase of a $2,300 service contract on a $40K vehicle (much more today). My odometer was at 105K, and I asked for ONE measly free oil change, and was denied. So instead of spending the cost of an oil change, this dealership has chosen to tarnish the customer relationship, guarantee no future business from me, as well as (hopefully) anyone who will read this review. I will continue to re-post this review on a regular cadence, and on multiple platforms, to ensure my message is heard. My advice: 1. Avoid this dealership 2. Do not buy any additional services 3. Do not trust what it said by the sales people about the so-called value of additional offerings - they don't understand the offering, and only want the upsell More
I have been a past customer of Peel Chrysler, bought a 2019 And then 2021 Ram 1500 Classic, and my most recent dealing with them has left me with such a bad experience due to their unbelievably bad custom 2019 And then 2021 Ram 1500 Classic, and my most recent dealing with them has left me with such a bad experience due to their unbelievably bad customer 'service' that I will never ever be going back. Long story short, I inquired about trading in a vehicle for a used Jeep Wrangler, asked to contact their finance department people only to have a sales person named Chris Maraj reply, then a call with their finance guy Dave Muscat, who seemed to think I would be ok for financing based on past purchases etc. April 12th was that first day, it then took them the entire next week (4 business days) then the Easter holidays, then 4 more full business days to do the application, and in the last 4 days I was not contacted what so ever by either Dave/finance dept. or Chris the 'sales' person. In that time I repeatedly asked questions I had on financing, extended warranties, pricing on incoming vehicles, and Chris avoided giving me any pricing or detailed answers, reverting to his line of 'lets wait and see what comes back with the financing and app" (which translates to "I don't want to waste my time with you if I'm not going to get an actual sale here") After hearing nothing for the last 4 days, and waiting for 12-13 days total at that point for an answer on financing and getting a deal made, I emailed Scott, their general sales manager, to ask why I hadn't heard anything yet, why Dave and his finance dept. hasn't contacted me at all, and why Chris wasn't getting back to me/ignoring me. Did Scott call or email me? No. On the 5th day of absolutely no news (14 days since I first submitted my credit apps), Chris emails me and gives me a fake apology and an excuse of 'sorry I didn't see your email". Dave never replied to my direct email to him either. And after I replied to Chris to say cancel the app and I'm no longer interested, was their any attempt at all to save a sale here, to apologise for their lack of customer service and ignoring me? Did ANYONE reach out at all? Dave, the general manager? NOPE, not one person, not one call, not one email, nothing. They say you can tell a lot about people's character by how they treat those who can do nothing for them, and the sales people, managers, and even financing people at Peel Chrysler sure revealed a lot about them, and that is they only care about making a sale, as soon as your any kind of difficulty or actual 'work' they aren't interested. In fact they won't even reply or get back to you, treat you with decency, they just ignore you, ghost you and 'on to the next sale'. This is absolutely TERRIBLE 'customer service' and the feeling you get when you walk in that place is just that you're surrounded by slime-ball, xxxxxxx weaselling 'sales guys' who are full of promises and sunshine and rainbows, until it is actual work, then they aren't interested in actual 'customer service' or answering an email, providing true pricing or info, only shady, lying, hiding fees, changing bills of sales and details on you and hoping you don't notice and just sign the bill of sale, and don't ask any questions stereotypical 'car salesmen'. If you have less than stellar credit, or prefer to deal with honest, caring, customer service oriented businesses, please do yourself a favour and stay far away from Peel Chrysler, and their 'my commission first' and customer way down the list of priorities attitude.
