When I take my 2010 Tundra in for service I make sure I get Ramon. He is pleasant to deal with and if he can't answer a question he will talk with a tech so he can give me the information I need. I am very picky when it comes to my truck and I can be a pain in the neck but Ramon seems to be able to please me with the answers and explains the bill in detail to me.
