Quick and efficient - as welcoming as possible during the current COVID lockdown. Service was completed in much less time than estimated. I had a Christmas tree of lights appear 72 hours ago. Tried to make an appointment on line with the app and Chad told me the earliest appointment was January 11. I called, spoke with Brenda (ex 207) wh Tried to make an appointment on line with the app and Chad told me the earliest appointment was January 11. I called, spoke with Brenda (ex 207) who was able to get me in within 24 hours which was 13 days sooner. The bill was less than expected and the time was given was accurate. I was a bit disappointed in the service engine light soon required a wire trace to replace it and no estimate could be given. This is a fault at the production level I understand and nothing the dealer can do even though I was able to describe the exact symptoms of the moment it came on. Poor design if the cost might be $200 to trace (minimum) and as high as $1000 just to track down a broken wire. More
With covid I’ve been trying to book an oil Change which isn’t something they do and then with lockdown they had to start making them. But as I had made my appointment prior to covid they couldn’t accept it isn’t something they do and then with lockdown they had to start making them. But as I had made my appointment prior to covid they couldn’t accept it but when I walked in on Tuesday they went out of their way to see that I got the oil change I needed and I can’t thank the ladies at the front desk enough. Please give the other lady at the front desk a 5 star also I just can’t remember her name. More
There was a delay at meeting my 11am appointment time . While i left my car at 11am ,upon return ar 12.30 ,my car had not gone into the shop yet . When i asked why , Kyla the service rep immmediately investigated and found problem . Without hesitaton and without me asking she immediately offered me a loaner vehicle and had same brought to the service bay asap . She advise me ,that she woukd phone when my vehicle was ready later that day and i could go off and attend to my other appointments .
