Needed an oil change as I only had 1% life left. I’m in the mist of moving so I didn’t really realize I needed it so I hadn’t even made an appointment. My Buick Encore was in for a recall & the examination was done in a timely manner! Battery dead. Only 7000 kms. on car. First CAA call and boost seemed to work and then battery dead again. 2nd CAA boost. Car driven to Sadlon.. arrived at 4:40 p.m. Immediately took car in and replaced bat boost seemed to work and then battery dead again. 2nd CAA boost. Car driven to Sadlon.. arrived at 4:40 p.m. Immediately took car in and replaced battery which was under warranty. Friendly service and very professional. Extremely pleased with service. More

I had a free oil change so it is hard to be critical of anything free. It did not take long and I was out in plenty of time. I did however mention two things that were bothering me about the car and was anything free. It did not take long and I was out in plenty of time. I did however mention two things that were bothering me about the car and was hoping for some advice or some sort of confirmation that some one some where had heard of either of these issues. My left blinker 95 % of the time goes off before I have made the turn. I left a note on my dash that this happens and told the lady dealing with me that I have mentioned this before while there at your location but when they asked me to show it back then while sitting there it did not happen as it only happens when the car is in motion.. I pointed out that I would hope that whoever drove my car inside would do a few left turns while driving in the parking lot and use the signal to see the problem and not while sitting still so that I am not the only one who sees it. The lady said that the service man never noticed it happening but I have no idea if he tested this while the car was stopped or moving. It makes a difference. My side windows fog up constantly on cold days when there is no sun or at night and can not get them to unfog while driving and no one there had an answer for this problem. These are not issues with yesterday's ol change so that is why I wold give you people an excellent review but I would hope someone out there would have an answer. I don't plan to drive it back there just to get an opinion or some easy instruction that is not in the owner's manual. I just noticed something, you only have one guy and the rest are all women in the service department list below. That is a head scratcher. More
So far had 2 services done on my vehicle and both times got fair price and excellent service. Like the shuttle service and this last time PS staff came and picked up my car from my driveway and brought it got fair price and excellent service. It was my first visit to Paul Sadlon. I currently live in Stroud so it's a bit of a long drive. Service was great and Brenda was very nice. Only issue I had was that my online booking was refused and ca in Stroud so it's a bit of a long drive. Service was great and Brenda was very nice. Only issue I had was that my online booking was refused and cancelled as they claimed I was an outsider to Simcoe county and they would not accept me as a new client. I moved 2 years ago but somehow they got my old data, maybe from where I purchased the vehicle, but didn't even ask me to validate my current address... just closed the door. It took some convincing to allow me to book my service. Started off on the wrong foot but ended on a high note More
