They said they'll fix one paint issue, they did not. In one month car started falling apart. They said they did safety test, but obviously they did not. Shocks, seals never were replaced since the car was produced, same as tires and all suspension, transmission oil etc. Especially i admire this fraud company IA SAL which extended warranty they so persuasively sell. Your powertrain will be fully covered they said. First claim - refused to replace parts which were under this warranty. Second claim(another under warranty case) - refused. Dealing with Paul Sadlon was the worst experience in Canada i've ever had... Save your time, money and brain cells, never deal with them. More

Finally a dealer who actually cares about their customers! After a long (unsatisfactory) relationship with a dealer who was coser to home, I ventured out to Paul Sadlon Motors, to see Owen Ferguson. A friend had just bought a truck thru Owen, and couldn't say enough about how happy he was dealing with Paul Sadlon Motors. Their price was lower than what we had, for my friend, and for me...gotta love that!!! Most of us are used to disinterested sales people, and are nearly bowled over when we meet somebody who really works hard to make the transaction fun. I have bought new GM cars/trucks every three years since 1979. Because of the car I ordered, I had to wait a while for delivery. Owen kept in touch. Just a breath of fresh air for a car buying experience. When I went in to pick up the car, it was ready and waiting. Owen ran thru some of the icons that I would use frequently. He was worrying that this old gal would get home all right, with new buttons to push...ha ha...it was getting dark, and I had 100 km. to travel. He did all, but drive me home! Anyway, I had to check in when I got home. Lke buying a car from my Dad. What more could I ask? I asked for several of Owen's business cards, and will recommend him highly. A first for me! It was wonderful I had an appointment for 9:00 to have an onstar upgrade. When I booked they told me it was going to be an hour so I was happy with that because I wa I had an appointment for 9:00 to have an onstar upgrade. When I got there and Shannon told me it was going to be 2-3 hours I was surprised....only because it was not what I had expected. I stayed in the chair for a couple hours.....heaven....but just shortly after 11:00 I decided I needed to go home to get some work done.....I only love a block from the dealership but it was a rainy day and they insisted on driving me which was very very kind. At 1:00 they called me to,say it was finished and they sent over someone to pick me up. All staff extremely friendly. I rant and rave about your dealership ALL the time to all my friends. I enjoyed the chair sooo much and my aches and pains are gone. Only thing is that had I planned anything that day, thinking the task would have been done in an hour, then I would have been messed up for sure BUT I wasn't. Just would have liked to have been informed up front that it was going to be 4 hrs but overall...tremendous experience More

Service Experience: Mike Boulding I would like to comment on the service I have recieved at Paul Sadlon Motors. As a new customer in March, it had taken about 2 weeks to have my appoi I would like to comment on the service I have recieved at Paul Sadlon Motors. As a new customer in March, it had taken about 2 weeks to have my appointment scheduled, as I required a courtesy vehicle. In terms of the Service desk staff, I not only found a lack of organization when arriving to square up my invoice but the biggest issue was and continues to be the phone system. When calling the Service Department, I am often put on hold and after a combination of waiting music and ringing, put on hold again and again. Although this dealership has a reputation of "not going anywhere", I beleive that the methods of communication and operation that Paul Sadlon is contunuing to use are becoming obsolete and frankly a bit dated for today's age of technology. Considering the advanced technology put into these vehicles, I would expect the same growth within the Service Department. I have an utmost appreciation for Mike Boulding, who had taken the time over and above his title to ensure my experience was nothing less than perfect. Because of my concern with communication, he made efforts to call me directly and fully explain each detail of the work completed to my Cadillac SRX, and CTS. I sincerely believe that building a relationship with your customers is essential in this industry, and it was clear that he conveys this honest integrity. Through many visit's now to Paul Sadlon's, I have seen Mike do many things that are above and beyond his Mechanic title in order to keep the Service area running efficiently. Mike Boulding is the true represtentation of what it means to be a leader and director, and this is why I will continue to bring all of my GM vehicles to him. More
