My experience at this dealership was horrible. I found the staff friendly and helpful until I got the papers signed and the car off the lot. The car I bought was not a Hyundai and they did not look into the staff friendly and helpful until I got the papers signed and the car off the lot. The car I bought was not a Hyundai and they did not look into the proper parts needed to bring it up to standards. They did just enough to get it off the lot and now 2 months later I'm stuck with a bill to re-fix that weren't done properly at the time I purchased the vehicle. When I called to explain my situation I was given the run around and several reasons why it wasn't their responsibility anymore. More
Other than looking forward to the new car smell, who really enjoys going through the selling process at a automotive dealership? For me it used to rank just under going to the dentist. I say 'used to' because I have just gone through my first really positive car purchase (including the trade-in negotiations). I owe this to Fernando Sendao. He treated me with respect and professionalism with just the right touch of humour to lower the tension. I did not feel any pressure ( other than Fernando trying to find out what was needed to close the deal) and when we finally agreed on the price, it was a very good feeling. Ok, maybe I could have tried to get a lower price but to be quite honest, the final number is what I had originally been prepared to pay when I walked in to the dealership. The sales process was capped off by a quick and pleasant chat with Ian Currie to complete the paperwork. All that is left for me to do is to pick up my brand new 2013 Santa Fe and ride off into the sunset. I have no hesitation in recommending Fernando to anyone who is considering a new or used vehicle purchase. Thanks Fernando! More

I have bought a number of new vehicles over the years and can say that he is the best sales person I have ever dealt with. I had to pick up my vehicle on a particular day as I was going out of town and he came in on his day off for the delivery. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family. Thanks Derek! More

Tim was great, so was Ciara, and Keith... But I am leary of the service team, as I am not really sure if the extra protection re interior and exterior was really completed... I forgot to mention this to Ti of the service team, as I am not really sure if the extra protection re interior and exterior was really completed... I forgot to mention this to Tim, so he knows nothing about how I feel, but I am sure he would get something done... Also, there was a burn hole in the front middle of the driver's seat, I really don't remember seeing that when I first looked at the vehicle and Tim wasn't sure either, but I mentioned this, but I was told nothing could be done, this I was not happy about.... It would be nice if they could fix the burn hole and assure me by showing me that the interior and exterior was completed as per the extra I purchased for the vehicle... Overall, my experience was very good and I would talk to Tim about a new vehcle when the time comes, and would tell other people also.......... I have added an update since last weekend. I don't know why I sent in the above reveiw without talking about my concerns before sending in the above reveiw. I must say all of my concerns are resolved 150%, and the burn in the seat is gone. So this is for everybody, please don't write a reveiw if you have any concerns about your vehivcle before talking to someone at Pathway ( I should of talked to them before). I have found the team awesome and I have something that I will not forget, Great Service! More
We have bought 3 Hyundai's since 2000 and just love the cars. We are now looking for a 4th car and altho' we have not totally committed to Hyundai yet, we want to commend Jordon on the efficient service he cars. These are "friendly" people without being overbearing and Jordon is like a member of our family (yet he's not) when we walk in. We have not yet made up our minds bec' we still have two vehicles and are in no hurry. But when the crunch is on, we will go back to retest the Elantra (2012). Jordon was great to give us our space for a couple weeks and then followed up with a phone call (more than any other dealership did (I might add). Very personable and nice young man. More

From the moment we walked in the door we were treated with respect, the staff were very friendly. We were not pressured into making any decisions. Sophie was great to work with and she told us up front t with respect, the staff were very friendly. We were not pressured into making any decisions. Sophie was great to work with and she told us up front that we needed to be patient with her as she had just finished her training and was new on the sales floor. Sophie told us that if she didn't know the answer to a question she would find out for us which she did as needed. For someone who was new to the sale floor she did a great job. We were looking of a 2012 vehicule and we test drove a Tuscon and a Sonata. We decided that we would like to purchase a Sonata, very nice car and excellent safety ratings. Paul the sales manager was great and we soon came to an agreeable price for a 2012 Sonata Demo car. Paul left us with Sophie and Fernando to fill out all the paperwork. Fernando was an excellent teacher for Sophie and explained each step in detail to here. In no time we were in Ian's office to arrange the financing. Again there was no pressure as Ian went through the various plans available to us, rust and paint protection, and back up sensors for example. We picked up our car yesteday and again Sophie was excellent in closing the deal and showing us the working of the car. Well done Sophie 1st deal completed and we look forward to working with you again. More
