Derek Walker (Sales Associate) Our sales associate, Derek Walker, made us feel right at home and helped us choose the perfect vehicles for our family. He was friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Derek was able to answer all our of our many technical questions during the purchasing process and was extremely patient with us, as this was our first time at a Hyundai dealer. Derek went out of his way to help us narrow down the search and provided us with useful information which assisted us in making our final decisions. On pick up day (only 3 days later) Derek took the time to show us all the features of our new Tucson and Accent. He made sure that our family (teenaged daughters included) were comfortable in our new vehicles before letting us drive off the lot. He even took the time to sync the family's I Phones (all 4 of them) with the vehicle and set up our favourite radio stations and free 90 day trial of XM Satellite radio.
