She is knowledgeable, personable, and works to meets customer needs. She maintains communication with you while your vehicle is undergoing surgery. She was able to arrange a pickup at home outside the regular client transport service hours. I also like that she has a good relationship with the technicians and mechanics - she is able to easily liaise with the shop to get you quick answers. Andre - licensed mechanic. My first choice for required maintenance. I showed up last-minute with s major issue with my vehicle. He took the time to ride in the vehicle, understand the issue, arrange for available parts, and was able to squeeze my vehicle in for repair the same day. He works quickly; took less than the typical time to perform a repair to my vehicle's powertrain. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything, Louisa- explaining what's wrong with your vehicle while booking appointments couldn't be easier with Louisa. A kind and caring individual with terrific communication skills. Roxanne - follow up customer care; nice to know Pathway Hyundai cares about your experience (good or bad). Great service! I just leased my first brand new vehicle. I have always purchased used vehicles prior, but decided As this is our secondary vehicle for which I have I just leased my first brand new vehicle. I have always purchased used vehicles prior, but decided As this is our secondary vehicle for which I have a short commute that a lease would work for me now. Also, I wanted a brand new car and I wanted to not worry anymore about the headaches of vehicle maintenance. From my first meeting with Tara I felt she was really listening to what I was looking for. There was no pressure to look at vehicles that were not part of what I needed. She was courteous, knowledgeable and followed-up on my first visit in a friendly way. Upon returning to the dealership I was happy to continue the process with Tara. It is important that anyone looking to lease or purchase be prepared to question and research the details of the agreement with the sales manager that is then appointed to your deal. I went back three times with questions about fees and ended up with the answers and changes that were fair. By the time I picked up my new car last night, I felt the process had been smooth, not very stressful at all, but I was happy I was vigilant and looking out for my interest in the small print of the final lease agreement. When I arrived to pick up my new Elantra LE yesterday, it was great completing the process with Tara. She was helpful, she was genuine and she was respectful and professional. I would recommend going to see Tara at Pathway Hyundai to anyone in search of a new vehicle. Hyundai Pathway offers some great deals and everyone I dealt with took me seriously and addressed all the questions and concerns I had. I feel confident that I got the deal that Hyundai was offering and the Elantra is such a smooth ride , I am even surprised at how much I am loving this car! More

I've loved my 2013 Elektra hatchback but when I went in for a test drive last month as part of a customer promotion, getting this new car made too much sense! More

She clearly explained the various service package options available and the service diagnostics for my Elantra so that I could make an informed decision. I also appreciated her keeping me informed of progress in the repair shop and reviewing the invoice with me before payment. All in all, it was an excellent service experience, extending also to the lovely lady who processed my invoice and the gentlemen who provide shuttle service in a very efficient manner. Thank you! More
