I called in to Parkway Honda for an oil change, while I was waiting I walked around the dealership. I wanted to investigate the buy out of my lease, and things progressed from there. I was referred to Sasha, and before I knew it, I was trading in my lease on my Honda Accord and purchased a Lexus IS250 which was in their showroom representing a trade in, three days later I am the proud owner of the Lexus. We just bought a new 2011 Honda CR-V EX-L from Edmund Gao at Parkway Honda for my 76 year old mother-in-law. We wanted to get her a new compact SUV with high seating, excellent visibility, 4WD and solid reliability. We compared many vehicles, but especially the Honda CR-V and Toyota RAV4. Edmund and the Parkway Honda team were a pleasure to do business with. They treated my mother-in-law with respect, took her for a test drive, patiently went over all the CR-V details, and took her for a tour of their nice dealership. While most buyers worry more about the actual vehicle, my mother-in-law was most concerned about the quality of the people and dealership, both which left her with a very positive impression, so she'll be a regular service customer too. While the Honda CR-V was a bit more expensive, the quality premium is worth it, and my mother-in-law loves her new CR-V. Thanks Edmund. More
