I knew that I wanted a the new Accord Coupe, but wasn't really sure I was ready to buy when I stopped into Parkway. Purchasing another vehicle from Parkway just seem natural, Bernie and the sales team provided excellent informative facts along with a fair market price that made it easy to say 'Yes'. Just for the xxxx of it, I checked out another dealer I had dealt with prior to my 1st Odyssey purchase and it seemed that they were 'Standing Still' nothing had changed. Customer service appeared to still be actioned the same way it was 20 years ago - no comfortable waiting area or media amenities (not that i ever seem to wait too long at Parkway Service). YES!
