My first 4 yr lease of a new Civic with Parkway Honda was ending in Dec 2012. I was now faced with my first lease return; buying either new or used and deciding on the right vehicle for my growing family. I ending in Dec 2012. He made the lease return as easy as signing a few papers and handing over the keys. I gave Al my budget and a list of must haves. Al found me the used CRV that I wanted with all the bells and whistles, including the extended warranty, within my budget. Al didnt make me feel like I was being pressured into buying, or that I was being swindled, which was my biggest fear. I was so impressed by the quality of service and the ease of buying from Al and Paul (the manager) that I took my sister-in-law to purchase her first Odessey the very next week. Dealing with the service desk has been a good experience in a comfortable friendly environment. If you are in the market for a vehicle, or you are a female who doesn't want to be scammed, you need peace of mind, Parkway Honda is the dealership and Al is the salesman for you. More

I was specifically looking for a used Honda Civic Hybrid and found one at Parkway Honda through the on-line Auto Trader. Al Ramji took my phone call when I initially phoned the dealership to inquire as to and found one at Parkway Honda through the on-line Auto Trader. Al Ramji took my phone call when I initially phoned the dealership to inquire as to whether I could test drive the car on a Saturday, since I would be travelling some distance to check out the vehicle. Al made sure that the vehicle was ready to test drive when I arrived on the Saturday and when I decided to purchase the car, he made all the arrangements for me to pick up the car a week later. After I got the vehicle home I noticed that one the tail lights had a hole in it. I sent a photo of the tail lamp to Al and he assured me that the tail light would be replaced at no cost the next time I was in Toronto. I had the work completed yesterday and all went well. The service personnel were very professional. I would recommend Al Ramji and Parkway Honda to anyone who is in the market for either a new or used Honda. This is the third Honda that I have owned and the second Civic Hybrid. My husband and I both drive Civic Hybrids now and are very pleased with the gas mileage and reliability of the cars.
