We just bought a new Honda Fit from Sasha Ghaffari (October 24/13). My husband, myself and our 22 year old son felt comfortable in the dealership. We were allowed to come in and browse a bit before being greeted by a warm hostess who asked us if we would like to speak to a salesperson to get our questions answered. We hadn't anticipated talking to anyone at the dealership but the hostess was so friendly we thought we would go ahead. Sasha introduced himself. He put us at ease immediately. He was very personable, relating easily and in a balanced way, with my husband, son and I. Sasha was relaxed and focussed on our questions. He was very knowledgeable and communicated confidence in Honda. We left the dealership that day determined that if we were to buy a new Honda, we would do it through Sasha. Four days later we drove out of the dealership with our new Honda Fit! More
