Hi and Hello, Last October 2013 we went to Parkway Honda to canvass a car. At first we don't know what to do so we walk in their new cars and went to certified used cars we saw lots of cars were so confused to canvass a car. At first we don't know what to do so we walk in their new cars and went to certified used cars we saw lots of cars were so confused and we finally noticed this Red CRV 2009 EXL so we go inside to ask how much its gonna cost me and the receptionist call AL Ramji and he approach us with a smile, he's so friendly and very nice to talk to. He escort us to check the car and we go inside to talk about the process to get that car and it was easy, He explained to me nicely and answer all the question and that day i got the car with no hassles. And every time I have question I call AL his always open to help and assist me since I got the car. Now 2014, I think about to upgrade so this Feb. I went to see AL to inquire and yes he help me and ask what I want and presto he gave me not just a good deal but the BEST deal for the 2014 CRV TOURING they give me best discounts too for the accessories. And still AL is always open for all questions, assist and help for my car. Truly AL is the BEST and Thank you for all the help. Parkway is not close to where I live, could have continued my search for CR-V closer to home as vehicle I had come in to see had been sold, however comfort level was such with price negotiation positive, deal for CR-V completed positively-have had CR-V for almost 2 months-it is great; would definitely recommend Al as a sales consultant.
