Not trustworthy I got a new car from Parkway Honda last December. On their sales survey I indicated that I may not be going to Parkway Honda to service my Car as it i I got a new car from Parkway Honda last December. On their sales survey I indicated that I may not be going to Parkway Honda to service my Car as it is a little far from my home. Some one from Parkway called me and asked me to try their service by offering me a free oil change. When I went there for service they gladly accepted my car honoring the free oil change offer and waived the fee. Once the service is done they came back to me saying they cannot honor the offer because there is no note on their file indicating the same. Why didn't they say this when they accepted the car ? These guys are not trustworthy. Customers please don't get overwhelmed with their high rating, it is just their tactic. A customer gives a better rating just because he trusts the company and if the company doesn't reciprocate the same it doesn't stand good. I didn't mind paying for my service but they could have been transparent with me about this upfront rather than revealing it once the service is all done. I was indeed considering doing the extra mile drive every time if I'm happy with the service, but not anymore. More
