Not trustworthy I got a new car from Parkway Honda last December. On their sales survey I indicated that I may not be going to Parkway Honda to service my Car as it i I got a new car from Parkway Honda last December. On their sales survey I indicated that I may not be going to Parkway Honda to service my Car as it is a little far from my home. Some one from Parkway called me and asked me to try their service by offering me a free oil change. When I went there for service they gladly accepted my car honoring the free oil change offer and waived the fee. Once the service is done they came back to me saying they cannot honor the offer because there is no note on their file indicating the same. Why didn't they say this when they accepted the car ? These guys are not trustworthy. Customers please don't get overwhelmed with their high rating, it is just their tactic. A customer gives a better rating just because he trusts the company and if the company doesn't reciprocate the same it doesn't stand good. I didn't mind paying for my service but they could have been transparent with me about this upfront rather than revealing it once the service is all done. I was indeed considering doing the extra mile drive every time if I'm happy with the service, but not anymore. More

I looked on line and saw that Parkway had good reviews, so off I went and it was well worth the long drive. The positive reviews on line are well deserved. I was greeted almost immediately by a very friendly receptionist who determined what I needed and found me a salesperson right away. Todor was attentive, listened to my needs and wish list, and we were able to find a vehicle that met all my criteria in a very short time. This was the most pleasant and efficient car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Todor and this dealership to anyone. And I love my new 2105 CRV!! More

Very happy with the quality of service and my new car I recently purchased a new 2015 Honda Civic at Parkway Honda. Leila De Castro helped me in purchasing the car and it was a great experience. I knew wh I recently purchased a new 2015 Honda Civic at Parkway Honda. Leila De Castro helped me in purchasing the car and it was a great experience. I knew what I wanted from the get go (the options, Navi, etc) and she was able to put me in the exact car I wanted. She took me out to test drive both the sedan and coupe (I wanted the coupe) and it was helpful in confirming what a great drive the car was. When it came time to making the purchase she was great in that she listened to my wants and needs and discussed several times with her manager - at the end of the day I felt like I was getting the best deal possible. The car is so fun to drive, and I will recommend Parkway and Leila to anyone looking for a new car in the future. More
