Straight-forward & friendly I purchased my first car with Al’s help. I had been to other dealerships, and between not being given the light of day, or the “Let’s make a deal righ I purchased my first car with Al’s help. I had been to other dealerships, and between not being given the light of day, or the “Let’s make a deal right now!” huckster types, I was already a bit sour on the whole experience. As soon as I met Al, I immediately appreciated his polite, low key, no pressure, “Just the facts, ma’am” style. He ascertained right away who was actually buying the car and spoke to me as the primary decision maker; as opposed to ignoring me and just speaking to my husband, as agents at other dealerships had done. He made the whole process easy to understand, and never pressured me to make any decision. He just answered our questions, gave us helpful context, and allowed us to make our own choices. In addition to being thoroughly impressed with the vehicle, I was so comfortable with the information and help that Al had provided, that we made a deal on the spot.
