Met with Brandon Keen, a very pleasant nice young man who took my info and keys and delivered them to someone I was never introduced to. A short period later the honeymoon came to an abrupt end when I received their offer on my trade. I thought it was odd the offer was not in writing and was scribbled on a piece of paper. Nothing formal and definitely not professional. It was like the did not want to do a deal. I thought the offer was incredibly insulting, despite the fact they knew they were in competition with other Honda Dealers. I had other offers that were far superior, plus I had done as much research as I could about the vehicles trade in value. Brandon immediately called the appraiser. I gathered from the conversation 'the appraiser' was willing to come up, but they were so far off the mark I simply thanked Brandon for his time and left. I did not want waste any more of my time. I caution anyone with a trade to do their due diligence and get three or four quotes from other dealers. While Parkway's cash sale price was the best, they became the worst by a HUGE margin when the trade was factored in. More

She answered all our questions and provided a fun interactive experience.
