Very helpful, courteous staff and quick service I went to Parkway Honda to return a leased vehicle and possibly buy it out. I was helped by the knowledgeable and courteous staff of Jon Damiandis and I went to Parkway Honda to return a leased vehicle and possibly buy it out. I was helped by the knowledgeable and courteous staff of Jon Damiandis and Dan Kulaweera who guided me through my return and eventual purchase of a used vehicle at their dealership after informing me that buying out my leased car was not a financially informed decison. I had never bought a car before, and both staff were there for me with any questions or concerns, even helping me bye contacting my father who was arranging the purchase but couldn't come to the dealership. When a few setbacks occured with the paperwork Dan was more than happy to make it up to me, even going as far as picking me up from my work place. He was very kind and honest with me, and has checked up on my purchase over the next few weeks. I recommend both staff and Parkway Honda for sales and services. More

Niko was very patient and understanding considering that I am a very indecisive person and that he never rushed me into making decisions. I'm truly happy with my Honda Civic EX-L and I'm glad that I listened to Niko and Dilip's opinion for not getting a manual car. It's hard to come across honest people who truly want their customers to be happy about purchasing and investing a car and that they would give their honest opinions instead of just making a sale and not caring about the customer's needs. Very pleasant experience buying a new CRV 2017. Just when I entered the dealership - unlike in many other dealerships I was immediately and very friendly welcomed by a manager Dolly Singh and direct Just when I entered the dealership - unlike in many other dealerships I was immediately and very friendly welcomed by a manager Dolly Singh and directed for a product specialist. Further we were dealing with Dan Kulaweera. We felt quite comfortable and informed about all the details further on and I should say this gentleman definitely has got some magic up his sleeve - everything went on just smooth and when there were some mistakes made on the docs, he immediately took care of it and things were corrected immediately, though I was expecting to spend like an hour or two re-adjusting things. And finally to me the a good service is not defined by how they meet you before the sale - but how they meet you after the sale is done. And whenever I would have any questions or concerns Dan or Dolly would be just there to help or direct me to the right person. Here are the things I recommend if you buy new CRV from Honda: Do all the math on their website and be prepared to deal with numbers Do get those original Honda's floor mats - they feel good qality and fit snugly in the car, though the cargo cover not so much. As of May 2017 do not expect Google Auto to work flawlessly, it does work but somewhat unstable, but I am suspecting it's not Honda's fault. About me: I am not a Honda long-term loyal fan and the CRV 2017 was only chosen by me due to it's characteristics and features. More
