Our first time dealing with him, we spent 3-1/2 hours looking and test-driving the 2017 Honda Accord and the 2017 Honda CR-V. Michael was very patient, very accommodating and very personable without being pushy. Final negotiations went quite well without a lot of the "games" we have experienced at other dealerships. GOOD experience at a dealership First time ever coming to Parkway Honda, with the intention of test driving a car. Andrew was the product specialist that helped my mom and I out that day. He's a really nice guy, friendly, and knows his products well. In my opinion, he is probably one of the very few car salesman I've had who had treated my mom with respect (I've had many experiences where people would assume she didn't speak english well and tried to be rude), though she wasn't the one purchasing the car which is very important for me. I didn't find Andrew to be pushy, and he had lots of patience when it came to speaking with my about details and deals for the car I wanted to purchase. Need less to say, my overall experience negotiating was not a headache, and much more pleasant than I had ever experienced before. I highly recommend Andrew as a product specialist, and if I ever happen to lease or purchase another Honda again, I would most likely be contacting him. Fast forward to signing official papers and financing, Kajan was the Manager who helped us out with that. Since this review is getting a bit long, I will just say this was a painless and smooth transaction.
