A Triple Play Today (Dec. 7th, 2017) my wife and I completed quite a complicated purchase and sale arrangement with Parkway Honda. First, my sister-in-law returned Today (Dec. 7th, 2017) my wife and I completed quite a complicated purchase and sale arrangement with Parkway Honda. First, my sister-in-law returned her 2014 leased Honda CRV to the dealership. We bought out the lease and purchased the vehicle, while my sister-in-law leased another Honda. We also sold our 2011 Honda CRV to the dealership. There was a lot of paperwork, negotiating, signing, discussion, etc. Throughout the entire process, we were very ably guided and taken care of by salesperson CHRIS MAN. He displayed a wonderful combination of expertise, proficiency, integrity and professionalism. Moreover, complicating this whole process was our need to move quickly because we were due to leave the country in a couple of days. (A trip which was unavoidably cancelled at the last minute.) However, Chris never showed any sign of stress, always listened to everything we needed to ask about, was courteous, polite, and really showed that he listened to all of our concerns. He looked after these concerns and issues with efficiency. He never hurried us, and he made us feel important. We were extremely pleased with the way we were treated as new customers. Our intention is to return to Parkway Honda, not only for servicing, but also when the time comes to purchase a new vehicle.
