Andrew was the product specialist that helped my mom and I out that day. He's a really nice guy, friendly, and knows his products well. In my opinion, he is probably one of the very few car salesman I've had who had treated my mom with respect (I've had many experiences where people would assume she didn't speak english well and tried to be rude), though she wasn't the one purchasing the car which is very important for me. I didn't find Andrew to be pushy, and he had lots of patience when it came to speaking with my about details and deals for the car I wanted to purchase. Need less to say, my overall experience negotiating was not a headache, and much more pleasant than I had ever experienced before. I highly recommend Andrew as a product specialist, and if I ever happen to lease or purchase another Honda again, I would most likely be contacting him. Fast forward to signing official papers and financing, Kajan was the Manager who helped us out with that. Since this review is getting a bit long, I will just say this was a painless and smooth transaction. He took the time to re-explain things we didn't understand, and kept in contact with me via email to keep me updated with the progress on the car. Great job :) Thanks again everyone at Parkway! More

my sons first new used car We had made an appointment with the dealership on a particular car we saw on auto trader. When we arrived, we were introduced to Danny Larush, right We had made an appointment with the dealership on a particular car we saw on auto trader. When we arrived, we were introduced to Danny Larush, right away he made us feel at ease with his friendly disposition. He explained that we can see the car we requested or the dealership just got a better Honda civic trim model and we could compare the two. After review and Danny explaining the differences of the two models in detail, we then went on a test drive and my son was sold on the model with the better options. We proceeded to complete the paperwork and everything was explained in detail and any questions were answered completely. We explained we would pick up the car He also explained what kind of last service was on the car so, we had a starting point for future service. We receive a call the following week to advise the car was ready and all the paper work was done. When we arrived to pick up the car, it was quick and simple and took minimal time as he had prepared everything ahead of time. We would recommend Danny and the dealership for future purchases as customer service was superb. More
