From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were greeted warmly by the staff there and offered coffee and tea. Our sales person Tatjana was very friendly and assisted us in choosing the vehicle that best met our needs and budget. My wife and I both work full time jobs from 9 to 5 and our sales rep was able to accommodate our schedules and get a lot of the paperwork done ahead of time to make the car buying experience as smooth as possible. When it came to the time for delivery, she took the time to show us every feature the vehicle had to offer and we greatly appreciated that. 5/5 customer service and we will definitely be back when we're ready to upgrade or if we're looking for a second vehicle. Since I am a new comer and don't have a job, I experienced some deep misunderstandings and inconvenient situation with the head office of Honda. With that said, I found the head office response offensive and decided not to lease a Honda BUT Tatjana and Sasha have been so very friendly and helpful that I changed my mind and stayed at the contract. All in all, I leased this car thanks to Tatjana's and Sasha's nice and pleasant manner not to Honda!!!! SHE IS SO VERY HONEST as well. More
