Had the worst possible customer experience buying my car here. Lambri was outright unprofessional in dealing for my used car purchase. Instead of quoting their best price for my trade, he insisted me to tell him why he should buy my car. He even rejected that 2 months ago they made an offer to buy my car at a price much higher (25%). Even when I showed him the emails with the he rejected the fact that they quoted. More

I complained 3 times that my X5 front right brake pads were squeking. This dealership did not investigate or rectify the problem.
