Not only was I impressed with their level of knowledge and exper I just wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with the Sales Team at Parkview BMW. Not only was I impressed with their level of knowledge and expertise, everyone was welcoming and very friendly! My sales advisor Anthony Young was patient with me and guided me through the entire purchasing process. I have had my 535 for almost 6 months now, and whenever I have a question about my vehicle the team at Parkview are so accomodating in meeting my needs! I definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and when my lease ends I will be back to purchase yet another! More

Having had a great wealth of experience with other "highline" marques and their take on client 'dissatisfaction' initiatives I have to compliment the Parkview / Grand River teams on their outstanding service and total commitment to satisfaction consistently over time. I have always received; an extremely fair - straightforward deal, no nonsense & efficient predictable service time and again, while being genuinely treated 1st class all the way! If you have dealt with other German marques odds are you can't say the same. Well done Parkview & Grand River - I will be back!! More

Car has had issues which they've tried to hide and deny, and claim that they'll service it "off the books". Owner fails to take any responsibility. Will definitely take legal action. Do not waste your time at this dealership, they give BMW a bad name. Worse than some of the used car dealerships I've seen here. More

The advisor just ran away with the problems and supervisor even accussed me and asked me to go another BMW to get my car fix. They are super lazy! So avoid this dealership! More
Terrible experience. Hi specifically bought bmw originally because of the great services offered over Mercedes and other vehicles. I live we a very busy work schedule working upwards of 80 hours a week at times, I specifically told the gentlemen on the phone that I had very little time for an appointment and that I would need either a loaner, or a shuttle ride if it would take a while. They said im sorry we dont shuttle that far and we do not do loaners. They said it wouldn't matter anyways because the car would be ready within their 1.5 express time. I was kept on the phone for a long period of time, to get the information of the tire to ensure this would be the case. First off- no shuttles to my area? Way to support a client who comes all the way to you to buy a 3rd BMW regardless of the distance but you yet you cant shuttle that far to appreciate the loyalty. 2) when I arrived no tire in stock- it would not be able to be in until the following day as they simply did not order it as they said they would. Due to my busy schedule I would not be able to be back until thursday. I then asked for a rental until then since it was their mistake. They answer is that I would have to pay half... after sitting in the dealership for an hour.. I was finally accommodated with a shuttle shared with others but could not be guaranteed a pick up time to come back on thursday. Not impressed. I could have sworn they have written "service beyond your expectations" I will not be buying from here again. More

Our insurance person called us being like, "Hey, the dealership never called me. How are you going to pick up the car tomorrow?" the NIGHT BEFORE. He didn't even call us during the week being like, "Hey I couldn't get in touch with your insurance, is there another number I could call?" Sorry, but I expected full service and didn't know he needed a babysitter for his JOB. I didn't realize that I had to serve myself. More

Realizing, I know about my car more than the average people, they changed course and said it was under warranty and the technician made a mistake in his diagnosis. After more than a month they called me and booked an appointment. Yet they didn't fix the car without giving me a loaner, without apologizing. Their excuse was that "the technician didn't have time to fix the car" and that I had to book an appointment another day. They even were not willing to give me loaner this time, unless I book another appointment in a week!! I mean, why do we buy BMW's when we get horrible customer service and are treated worse than the cheapest car dealer in town? More
One problem leads to another. I have owned 4 BMW's over 15 years. I now own none. They are designed to last 3 years and then they break ad they break and they break. They charge a fortune to repair your car (thousands of dollars) and often they forget to put the car back together properly. I have had so many bad experiences over the past 10 years with them that I finally went down the road to Lexus and got rid of my BMW forever. All they care about is being courteous because that is how they are measured by BMW Canada. Its a joke. They even call you after the visit asking you to give them full marks should BMW Canada call you with a customer satisfaction survey. They don't care about your car, they don't care about fixing it and you always leave feeling totally ripped off. You have to wait an average of 10 days to get a loaner vehicle. The whole thing is just completely frustrating and unpleasant. Don't buy BMW's they are actually made in North America with GM parts and are plastic and unreliable. If that's German engineering, I am a banana. More
