Purchasing my 2017 340i My sales advisor was Sergei Vishovski and he was very knowledgeable and best of all patient. I am nervous buyer who asks a million questions and quite often is hesitant. With Sergei I never felt pressured into anything I didn't feel comfortable with. When I told him I may have to come back due to time constraints, he never added any pressure by saying our inventory is low etc. He just said, come back when you can tomorrow and we will find you something to fit your needs and price point (I ended up staying that afternoon) The negotiation was clean and he worked hard to get me the best deal to fit my budget. Min Kim, the General Sales Manager who sold me my first BMW in 2008 was also very professional and didn't drag out a needless back and forth. All in all a very enjoyable sales experience and I am very much enjoying my 340i. More

Bad Service!!! I have been going to Parkview for over 12 years and currently on my 4th lease. I took my car in for regular service and when I got it back the windshi I have been going to Parkview for over 12 years and currently on my 4th lease. I took my car in for regular service and when I got it back the windshield was cracked! I made another return apt to review and was told it was not their problem, but that they would be happy to replace it at regular charge!??Why would they do a full service and NOT outline that there was a problem??? Terribly dissapointed and I will NEVER lease or service my car there again! shameful. More
