Manager and GM yelled at me for writing 1star review Update from: March 26 2019: So on google they write a very polite and professional reply to my review and on the other hand they have the manager CA Update from: March 26 2019: So on google they write a very polite and professional reply to my review and on the other hand they have the manager CALL ME (I didn't reach out to them asking for anything anymore they called me back after seeing this review) and be rude to me yelling 'Do you want me to fix your car every time it breaks down" "why did you give 1 star review" and Yelled at me loud as if he is my boss or something - I hung up him and I called the GM to complain GM - Andrew tells me he will treat me like a 1 star person because I gave them 1 star review and he said I'm at fault because I should have taken the car in directly to them instead of calling them and waiting to hear back from them. How is that even logical?? He also said that the parts I have replaced were under warranty so I could’ve gotten it replaced for free of cost. Lol My first review on google: Im a Benz guy and decided to get a pre owned BMW for my wife. Everything was smooth until less than 3 months after buying the car the passenger side door lock broke down. The spark plugs and ignition coil broke. I have messaged them asking to get in touch with but no one reached out to me. Called them several times and got a call back only ones from the pre owned vehicle manager John Haren saying he will let me know what can be done and never heard back from him since. Can’t wait to get rid of this car. Now i know why Benz is Benz and BMW is BMW. I did test drive a X5 that I was considering to get but for myself but that's not happening in this life time. Anyways I ended up fixing the BMW from a garage and paid $700 out of my pocket. So guys expect your vehicle to break down even though they do their inspections and the vehicle is certified. More
