I cannot rave enough about my experience with Parkland Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I have had many experiences purchasing vehicles in my life, which I typically dread at other dealerships. The haggling, high pressure, sell first/customer second environment at all the other dealerships I have been to was enough to make me never want to purchase a vehicle again. Due to lifes circumstances, I needed to find something to drive, and quick. Kyle responded immediately to my inquiry, with a very friendly, no pressure, accommodating tone. He sent me a video tour within 15 minutes, explaining every feature this vehicle had to offer. It was gorgeous, but bittersweet as it exceeded the budget I could afford. ( I was dreaming a bit big) After much determination, hard work and dedication, talking to everyone he could to make this dream a reality for me, Kyle and Abby in finances, not only met my budget, they BEAT it! Abby was very polite, no pressure, and very understanding to my budget as well. I was approved extremely quickly and he was very kind and professional to work with! Overall, I can say, this is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle, and walked away feeling excited, relaxed, and ready for my new chapter in life. I got a great deal on the vehicle I wanted. The car was not cleaned when it was given to us which was very disappointing and the mats that we were promised are 2-3 weeks out. The jeep seems to shudder a bit on the highway and pulls to the right at highway speeds. Also I had to nag to get set up with the jeep app to start my jeep from my phone.
