When we bought our vehicle there was only 1 FOB. We were told another was ordered. After a month I inquired and they wanted me to say I lost it and get it covered under warranty. Pretty greasy guys. Bought a used truck was told exhaust manifold needed repaired, got it fixed cost 2400 and at that time garage told me there was a bigger problem that dealership didn't tell us...engine went on truck 5 m repaired, got it fixed cost 2400 and at that time garage told me there was a bigger problem that dealership didn't tell us...engine went on truck 5 months after purchasing and there is no customer support...this location has terrible customer service and the mechanical reports that we think we can trust are bogess, repairs are kept low to pull us in tobuy, hiding real problems...get your own mechanic b4 u buy used trust me....I lost 20000 vehicle that isn't working in 4 months...3 years of payments with no wheels...and no service ...buyer beware More

A tail signal light bulb on my truck went. I called two service shops closest to my residence, got outrageous estimates. Next day, I happened to be in Spruce Grove, checked with Parkland Dodge I called two service shops closest to my residence, got outrageous estimates. Next day, I happened to be in Spruce Grove, checked with Parkland Dodge Chrysler Jeep service. The bulb price they quoted was 1/4, and the labor about half of the previous two service shops. I cannot rave enough about my experience with Parkland Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I have had many experiences purchasing vehicles in my life, which I typically dread at other dealerships. The haggling, high pre Dodge Chrysler Jeep. I have had many experiences purchasing vehicles in my life, which I typically dread at other dealerships. The haggling, high pressure, sell first/customer second environment at all the other dealerships I have been to was enough to make me never want to purchase a vehicle again. Due to lifes circumstances, I needed to find something to drive, and quick. Mike responded immediately to my inquiry, with a very friendly, no pressure, accommodating tone. He sent me a video tour within 15 minutes, explaining every feature this vehicle had to offer. It was gorgeous, but bittersweet as it exceeded the budget I could afford. ( I was dreaming a bit big) After much determination, hard work and dedication, talking to everyone he could to make this dream a reality for me, Mike and Abby in finances, not only met my budget, they BEAT it! Abby was very polite, no pressure, and very understanding to my budget as well. I was approved extremely quickly and he was very kind and professional to work with! Overall, I can say, this is the first time I have ever bought a vehicle, and walked away feeling excited, relaxed, and ready for my new chapter in life.
