Within a heartbeat Dave picked off a headlamp problem, and then, seemed to recall some sort of recall for our 2005 Sprinter style van (he pulled that one out of the sky) and sure as xxxx, there was one. Very knowledgeable and corporately aware. Impressive to be sure. Bara (from Sales) also came by and said hello, saw the RV which blew him away to the point where he suggested to see him if I ever wanted to sell it.
