I’ve heard nothing but bad things and I went there a few months back and inquired about a ram we crunched numbers and I said give me a couple days to see how much cash id like to put down before hitting my credit ... after not responding to them for 2 days I find out today they hit my credit 5 times in one day in attempts at ruining my credit. Needless to say I bought my truck elsewhere and wouldn’t recommend grove dodge to my worst enemy.. couldn’t believe they went straight pre school when I decided to go elsewhere for my purchase they took it vary personal and began sending rude text messages.... I had a free oil change with the purchase of my vehicle. I live two hours away so they gave me a free tank of fuel to ease my long journey. I figured while I was there I may as well get a light detailing job done as well. For 100$ you can’t say no, but they went above and beyond and even shampooed the carpets. It did take all day but they provided me with a vehicle so I could continue with my day and do some shopping while in the city. Id recommend this dealership to anyone!! Thank you More
