F I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO RATING I WOULD. I CAN NEVER TELL ANYONE WHERE TO GO BUY A VEHICLE BUT IF YOU DEFINATELY DO NOT WANT TO BE DISSAPPOINTED NEVER STEP FOOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. IM IN SHOCK THA NEVER TELL ANYONE WHERE TO GO BUY A VEHICLE BUT IF YOU DEFINATELY DO NOT WANT TO BE DISSAPPOINTED NEVER STEP FOOT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. IM IN SHOCK THAT THESE PEOPLE TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS AND THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. I BOUGHT A VEHICLE 2 AND A HALF WEEKS AGO FROM THIS DEALERSHIP, THIS VEHICLE HAS ONLY BEEN ON THE ROAD 4 TIMES AND FOR THE MOST PART IT HAD BEEN PARKED IN THE GARAGE, IN BETWEEN THOSE TIMES I HAVE HAD ISSUES WITH THE TRUCK WHICH THEY DID SOME MAJOR REPAIRS TO. AND I BELIEVE SOME ON THESE REPAIRS PLAYED A PART TO THE BREAKING DOWN OF THIS VEHICLE. WHILE I WAS DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY THE VEHICLE STARTED SHIFTING GEARS ON ITS OWN AND I WAS DOING ABOUT 100KM BY THE TIME I PULLED TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD I HAD LOST TRANSMISSION FLUID AND A LOT OF SIGNALS SHOWED UP ON MY DASH. I CALLED BACK THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY TOLD ME TO BRING IT IN FOR REPAIRS, ITS WAS TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP AT AROUND 5/6PM AT NIGHT, I SPOKE TO SALES DEPARTMENT AND THEY TOLD ME EVERYTHING WILL BE TAKEN CARE OFF SINCE I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK 2 WEEKS AGO, THE NEXT DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL MESSAGE FROM THE SERVICE DEPART TELLING ME THAT THEY FOUND A SCREW DRIVER IN MY OIL FILTER AND BECAUSE OF THIS REASON THERE IS NO WARRANTY AND THEY WOULD BE CHARGING ME $300+ JUST TO REMOVE THE OIL FILTER AND ADD MORE OIL TO SEE IF THE TRUCK WOULD START, I REQUESTED MORE PICTURES AND THEY TOLD I WOULD BE GETTING THEM SENT TO MY EMAIL WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED BESIDES THE ONLY ONE PICTURE WHICH WAS ATTACHED TO THE EMAIL. THE SALES DEPARTMENT AT THIS TIME STARTED GIVING ME A RUN AROUND AND THEY TOLD ME THEY BELIEVED SOMEONE WENT UNDER MY TRUCK WHILE I HAD GONE INTO THE STORE AND THEY STUBBED YOUR OIL FILTER WHICH THEN CAUSED YOUR ENGINE TO SEIZE AND BECAUSE OF THIS REASON WE WILL CHARGE YOU $14000 TO REPAIR YOUR ENGINE. THEY WERE SO QUICK TO DENY THE SCREW DRIVER CLAIMING IT WASNT THEIRS BUT I FOUND A CRESCENT WRENCH IN MY FRONT HOOD AND THEY STILL CANT ANSWER HOW THAT HAPPENED. ALL THIS HAPPENED 2 DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AT ALL TO HELP, DEPARTMENT WAS NOTHING BUT RUDE WHEN I STARTED SPEAKING UP ABOUT THE ISSUE, I HAVE HAD THE SALES MANAGER THROW A FEW RACIAL COMMENTS TOWARDS ME, THEY HAVE BEEN COMMENTS SAID IN REGARDS TO MY SKIN COLOR AND HOW WE TREAT VEHICLES, THEY HAVE MADE ME WAIT FOR DAYS AND NONE OF THE PROMISES MADE HAVE BEEN FUILFILED UNTIL I COULD IN TODAY AND I WAS TOLD BY A SALES REP THAT THE ONLY THING THEY ARE WILLING TO DO FOR ME IS TO TAKE THAT VEHICLE BACK AND TRADE IT IN FOR A NEW TRUCK WHICH MEANS I WOULD BE BUYING 2 VEHICLES AT ONCE..... The staff was pleasant and the waiting area was well stocked and comfortable. However I did not appreciate being told my car would be ready in one hour and it actually took two hours. Where do I start! Well the salesman Cory was amazing!!! It was a real treat it could’ve been any better.. BUT not sure what’s happening in the service department OmG guys we purchased two vehicles a 2020 It was a real treat it could’ve been any better.. BUT not sure what’s happening in the service department OmG guys we purchased two vehicles a 2020 grand Cherokee and a preowned Jeep Compass. The compass needed work done because it was listed as is .Cory went down the list with us. There were somethings on the list that the service department said was broken for example the radio . Upon doing a test drive everything was fine including the radio which the device department said it would take $650 to fix??? It needed new tires so I agreed to pay for and we all agreed on certain things the dealership would fix. When my wife went in to pay the bill she notice in the comments that it said we balanced and aligned the tires the best we could! I called the service department to discuss the comment section. The lady at the service counter said I had to deal with the salesman who sold us the vehicle???? I said why she kept repeating because it’s out of our hands!!!I responded to her I already purchased the vehicle and don’t need a salesman to talk about my service invoice especially when the vehicle is registered and insured in my name...omg she repeated the same thing,I ask her if I can speak with the service manager.. she said he was busy I persisted and continue to tell her all I what is to discuss my invoice and possibly get a quote on the work that the service department says I need to get done and If the problem was bad why didn’t someone ask me if I wanted the work done now that the tires were put on . She came back after talking to the service manager and she said that He said I need to go through my salesman.. wow I told her that this is crazy that I can’t get a decent response from anyone.. when I told her that we purchased TWO vehicles from you guys in the past couple of days and with the service that Or lack there of I will not be bringing any of my vehicles in for any service!! She said hang on sir you don’t have to go that Far. Then finally a gentleman came on the phone and I explained all I wanted was a quote. He said he would try to help at that point the damage was done.. Just so you guys know I have a 2020 Chevy high country pick up I purchased I wanted to store it for the winter that’s why I was purchasing a winter vehicle with you guys and ended up buying a second new vehicle.. I Am along time customer buying Chrysler and Dodge vehicles since I am 17 years old and now I am 58 years old I never experienced such lack of respect and terrible customer service From your service department.. in these deficult times I am sure sales aren’t the way they should be and to have your staff treating the public like this..🙃 good luck Bill More

I paid near $3500 extended warranty and the service department attempted to charge me $190 to remove a rock from my brake pad. I agreed to pay the $75 brake inspection which you would think removing th department attempted to charge me $190 to remove a rock from my brake pad. I agreed to pay the $75 brake inspection which you would think removing the caliber and checking the brake pad would be part of that....apparently not. Absolutely shameful dealership. Will most definitely take all my business elsewhere! More
