DO NOT BUY USED CARS HERE!!!! My son purchased a Kia Sorrento here used and it was his first purchase. Within 6 weeks we noticed all the lights in the car came on and stayed on. Took to Kia and it was a sensor issue and needed $3000.00 in repair. Mazda knew the whole time this issue was there and never fixed and never told us about it. Very disappointing that these kinds of rip offs still exist in car dealerships. We called Mazda to see if they would do the right thing and fix the car. NOPE!!!! If you have young sons buying used cars for the first time do NOT BUY HERE!!!! They will take advantage. More

unorganized and not professional - got the run around Saw a car on the website which made us come into Park Mazda and when we arrived the sales guy could not find it. Finally said it was in getting a mechanical done to it as it just arrived. Took a different vehicle for a test drive instead. Then next day nope still no car - apparently it was in Vancouver at port and would arrive shortly... Dealt with a different sales guy as the 1st one was new and didn't seem to know much. 2nd sales guy said they have located the car it is in Calgary but they would need a deposit to get the car shipped to Sherwood Park Mazda. Gave them credit card information and he told me it would be there by the next day at 4:00pm. Called him and emailed him to be told nope still not there but he now has a tracking number and it will for sure be there the next day by noon... Never heard from them so I called and left message and nobody returned my calls/emails. Asked for the sales Manager (Todd) and was treated like a crap...told they have no control over it. I indicated to him this is not how you go to gain a customer and feel like I have got the run around. I said since nobody knows where this car really is that I put my deposit on I want it refunded to me. He said yup and hung up on me...... I called back and said wow that was rude and not a way a sales manager should treat potential customers and how am I suppose to get my refund by credit card if you hung up on me as you should not have it on file there.... he abruptly took my credit card information with out any apologies and made me feel like they really don't know how to treat customers. So if you are looking for a car don't go to Park Mazda as they seem very unorganized and not very professional! More

Typical We just bought an SUV. At first of course we were treated very nice and once the deal was done were poorly treated by Attila and Brandi. we were re We just bought an SUV. At first of course we were treated very nice and once the deal was done were poorly treated by Attila and Brandi. we were required to get the registration over to them and first off, we did not receive the car until the second week of December and Attila dated the contract for November 30, 2016 so in order for the deal not to fall through we had to have all our info in by December 30 Secondly, I had to pay some fines off to register the vehicle and was harassed every day even though I had enough time before the deal cancelled. Attila sold my trade in within one day of getting it from me and then when I didn't do what he wanted ASAP he sent me a threatening email saying he was taking the new car back. Now that I did registration, Brandi and Attlia are hounding me again, even though my husband signed the authorization form for me to register, they want to me redo it cause I know the financing company won't pay them until they do things right on their end. In the beginning I told the dealership I was registering for my husband and they were fine with it, now after a few weeks, they change their minds and want it a different way. If I could get my trade in back I would be happy to give the new car back. I've never been treated so poorly and it was by emails only. Imagine coming to work and getting email after email harassing you what to do and even when you do it's still not good enough. Brandi doesn't even ask me she just sends an email stating do this and do it ASAP. Wow More
