I did a test drive with Mikayla and she was super knowledgeable about the vehicle. I wasn’t planning on buying a vehicle on the day as I knew they didn’t have the one I wanted in stock. What I didn’t realize was one had just arrived in a shipment and was in storage. I had a meeting I had to attend 1.5 hours after deciding I would buy the vehicle and the manager Nathan pulled the team together to get the car over to our location, get a price for trade in on my MX5 and get me through the paperwork. He even helped detail the vehicle so I could make my appointment. BIG thank you to all the team including the lady who took me through financing and insurance super quick. I am eternally grateful as she helped me get to my appointment on time but she missed her lunch in the process. Thank you thank you <3 More

Lots of friendly banter and everyone including a service man in the parking lot made us feel like we were so important and sharing our excitement. In particular Steve, who took us through the final paperwork treated us like we were the most important friends he had. Lots of good natured laughter and kidding ..... which we enjoy..... made the whole final up sell of services and just slightly higher total cost than we had expected..... totally enjoyable. Everyone we met and talked to at Pacific Mazda was professional but fun to work with. We sincerely appreciated how special the whole experience was and so happy with our exciting new 2020 CX 5 signature. PS ..... we had looked for over two years for the best car for us and it became a choice between an Audi Q3 and the CX 5. We made the right choice. More

I made a handful a trips to the dealership while in the process of purchasing my vehicle, and each time I went in feeling welcomed and as if I was already a part of the family. Salesmen Srdjan T. and Craig H. were extremely professional and friendly every time I saw them. The Sales Manager, Wesley, is very nice and kind. Lisa and Steve in the finance department were very easy to deal with and friendly. Pacific Mazda has a great team with fantastic products. I highly recommend Pacific Mazda to anyone in search of a new vehicle. See you soon PM for regular servicing on my Mazda. More
Good deal on non-Mazda product. Sales staff helpful. We have dealt with Pacific Mazda with our Mazda 3 hatchback for several years and have received good service. Recently we were there again and while We have dealt with Pacific Mazda with our Mazda 3 hatchback for several years and have received good service. Recently we were there again and while I was inside talking to the 'parts' people, my wife wandered around the yard and noticed a used non-Mazda pick-up truck. We had given up our old truck a few years ago, but always regretted not having a truck to move stuff too bulky for our Mazda 3. So, we both had a look at it and decided to talk to 'sales'. We thought the price a bit high, so we made an offer that was accepted. Mazda had already spent close to $1,000 on bringing the vehicle up to the dealer's standard. We ended up buying the truck. When we got home we realized that there was one unacceptable issue that Pacific Mazda staff had overlooked. Upon contacting Pacific Mazda we were told to find a shop that could rectify the issue. Mazda said they were willing to pay the bill. At least much of it, depending on the cost. We did get the problem fixed and sent the invoice we had paid to Pacific Mazda. Their response was to pay the bill in full. We were happy they took responsibility for this shortcoming on their part. Happy campers! More

Dealer does good work but upsells continually. I had two vehicles serviced by Pacific Mazda and found that each needed similar work in the same year even though one was 10 years older than the other vehicle vehicles serviced by Pacific Mazda and found that each needed similar work in the same year even though one was 10 years older than the other vehicle. I reached the end of the line when the dealer recommended that I replace the clutch even though I had replaced it 80,000 Km earlier and had no slippage or other problems with it. I believe that you will spend a lot more maintaining your vehicle at Pacific Mazda than you need to spend because they continually come up with additional things to fix. I have owned Fords, Hondas, Volkswagens and Jeeps and have never experienced this type of upselling. More
