Today I called Owasco to inquire about details for a pre-owned vehicle. I live approximately 2 hours away so wanted to confirm a few background details and do a full price comparison to another similar pre-owned vehicle. I spoke with Charles who proceeded to tell me he could not provide me with the status of the CarProof because he was "busy". When I asked to be passed over to another rep who might be available to help he told me they were all "busy" too and could not assist. I was shocked by the poor level of customer service provided at Owasco, especially when inquiring about a car I am interested in purchasing. Based on this as well as their poor rating at the BBB this will not be a dealership I will be doing business with. More
