I have to say that she has been more of a friend than a salesperson to me throughout my entire buying experience whic My salesperson was Emily Brough. I have to say that she has been more of a friend than a salesperson to me throughout my entire buying experience which in my opinion is the most welcoming factor. There was absolutely no pressure on me to make a deal. She was more than willing to work with my numbers. Needless to say Emily offered me the lowest price possible, beating what other dealerships had to offer. On another note, considering I was an out of town customer I could not be there in person to make the deal. So she worked tirelessly and most efficiently to make the transaction as smooth as possible for her client a.k.a me and all of this was over the phone. I have been to many VW dealerships while I was car shopping and Owasco was quick and easy for the lack of a better word. Considering VW communicates to its customer through its dealers I would definitely want to see more faces like Emily represent the company.
