I recently booked it in for the installation of the snow tires with Raj, and was handled politely and promptly, as well they called to remind me of my appointment, and even though I was late for my Appointment Charles had me in and out without delay, and even had the vehicle ready before the time I needed it. I would recommend this dealership for both sales and service and would purchase another vehicle from them, I have other positive service experiences, but not enough space or time. More

Service sucks On November 3 I made an appointment for an oil change in my 2014 eco diesel ram 1500 and two recalls one first wiring in the steering column and the On November 3 I made an appointment for an oil change in my 2014 eco diesel ram 1500 and two recalls one first wiring in the steering column and the computer upgrade for the airbags. As a businessman I allotted three hours for this to be done out of my busy schedule The service manager comes to me and says the upgrade has blown the computer says who will put me in a rental vehicle and I will have to come back the next day. He then proceeded to tell me that these things happen blah blah blah and trying to put the blame on something else and I told him that I don't put up with stupidity and stupid people. I then asked that the rental will not cost me a cent been it was not my fault and he insured me that everything will be covered. The next day when I came back to the dealership with the rental I told him the vehicle needs to be refilled to where I picked it up at just under three quarters he told me that that was my responsibility to fill the fuel after telling me the day before that everything was to be covered so I was $35 out of my pocket there. I guess he didn't like the idea that I called him stupid the day before and shows me a paper as a paragraph highlighted from headquarters stating that doing this upgrade it may damage or blow the computer so make sure you have one in stock before doing this procedure I guess he didn't understand that second part. He obviously didn't check to make sure that he had one in stock or talk to me as a customer to see if I was willing to go ahead with the upgrade which I would've told him no. I would've rescheduled the appointment when he had a computer back up. I then asked him for some type of compensation for the extra hours out of my schedule and I let him know that I make $100 an hour and a three hour job turned into eight hours so I'm out $500 and I was told Owell that's life. I payed my bill and made it clear that it will be the last time I have to pay a bill here that I will not be returning and I will get my stuff done somewhere else. I guess customers are just moneybags I was treated like I was stupid and didn't know anything about vehicles. The word-of-mouth is a very powerful tool and me and my rich friends will be taking our business elsewhere too bad for use guys maybe when you're on the unemployment line maybe then you'll wake up and smell the coffee More
