Final deal not clearly described leading to dissapointment. Allan was very clear on what I proposed. Waive the service fees ($1300), provide a loyalty incentive ($1500) and include the electronic inhibitor at Allan was very clear on what I proposed. I understood that the sales manager was reviewing the offer, however it appeared that he was researching for me the purchase of a new vehicle. This wasted my time. In the end, Allan indicated that the offer was for the asking price. I had to specifically asked whether any of the original offer was accepted. I was disappointed to find out in the sales finance office that indeed the service fee of $1300 was not included in the final price but rather added to the price. In the end I was successful only in having the price of the rust inhibitor reduced by $200. I would say that, I didn't get what I wanted - a reduction in the price of the vehicle. At that point I just wanted to walk away from the deal. I understand that the price of the vehicle was recently reduced and I do believe that I did buy a great truck at a reasonable price. Advice to Allan - be more forthright when presenting a counter offer. No one likes to be messed around. Hope this helps you in your career. Ken More
Awesome Service, friendly knowledgeable staff I was looking for a new vehicle and had visited a few dealerships trying to decide on vehicle to buy. I felt the dealerships I visited were not listen I was looking for a new vehicle and had visited a few dealerships trying to decide on vehicle to buy. I felt the dealerships I visited were not listening to what I was looking for and instead tried to sell me a vehicle that did not suit my needs. I called Ottawa chryslter Jeep Dodge Ram Fiat and spoke to Ventura. I met with Ventura and he answered my questions and reviewed with me the the vehicle I was looking. when I met with Ventura and staff I did not feel pressured or rushed into purchasing a vehicle. I even told Ventura I was going to look at another dealership and he advised me to take my time and make sure I get the right price and vehicle. I did come back to Ottawa Dodge and purchase my vehicle with the help of Ventura and finance manager O'day. The service was great, staff were very helpful and made sure all my questions were addressed. More
