When problems or lulls arose, Mr. Chin personally dealt with them in a timely manner and was efficient. He also had experience on plating vehicles which helped solve a minor obstacle. After I established a criteria on what I wanted, Mr. Chin was able to narrow down what I wanted and did not suggest vehicles outside my preferences, which was good, as opposed to others sales representatives at other dealerships who would attempt to sell me a more expensive vehicle. Mr. Menezes was very flexible financially and offered me a fair financial plan by which to purchase my vehicle, which I was more than happy to accept. He understood my concern, identified the problem, and came up and explained the solution. Overall, the staff (including sales, finance, and service) in whole was generous and patient. My only point for improvement for future customers would be to allocate additional time when purchasing a vehicle, in order to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances. More

Despite not being able to demonstrate the issues I’ve encountered upon every visit they attempted software upgrades, arrange technical support with Chrysler Canada and have now replaced the radio. Despite being a nagging issue, the Service Reps Jessy and Byron have been very accommodating, and pleasant to deal with. Follow-up and genuine concern for resolving the problem has been fantastic. Despite living across town, I intend to continue having my RAM serviced at Ottawa Chrysler, because of the great experience. The early opening hours also allow me to cross town for service before traffic is an issue. More

Special thanks to Jessy Derenpentigny Took my Jeep Liberty 2002 to be inspected for a humming noise; my suspicion (worn out wheel bearing) was confirmed. But while inspecting the vehicle the front brakes had to be replaced + several other important mechanical parts such as pinion seals & servicing of the differentials. The recommendations & the work done by the team of mechanics were most important because I had no way of knowing what could have become a safety issue while driving. Furthermore, the valet service offered by Ottawa Dodge, the diligent calls from the Service Dept. & the very relaxing newly renovated customer waiting room entices clients to return. *Paying the bill is alleviated by the friendly staff & atmosphere. Although my Jeep was purchased at another Chrysler dealership in 2001, I have been servicing same at Ottawa Dodge for several years. Paul Laurin More
