I was even told my car on recall for 5 types of issues to be inspected but since i asked them to stop the watch cause it’s time consumption and money so i was being letting dow and i m on my own now and money was taken just like that…. BE AWARE of the Service Centre recommending work on your vehicle that is not required. I was advised my RAV4 Hybrid needed new brake pads and rotors for a cost of just over $1,800.00. I waited and took my v vehicle that is not required. I was advised my RAV4 Hybrid needed new brake pads and rotors for a cost of just over $1,800.00. I waited and took my vehicle to a brake specialist and was advised the pads had worn only 1/4 of the way (new pads were 12mm thick and mine had 9mm left) and the rotors were a bit surface rusty (not on the rotors wear surface but elsewhere) but completely functional. I am very disappointed with Orleans Toyota and can no longer trust them. This is the second time this dealer has recommended work that was not required and my reason to post this review. I suspect they may comment that they do not recognize my email address; however, I did not want to use the email address for the angst that would likely ensue. That said, this is a legitimate review and complaint. I will no longer go to this Dealer. More

Bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue SV. Found out the AC Compressor was fryed. The salesman did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue and he did not follow up on my purchase. It is a nice dealership for buying a car with nice staff on sales side, but the service department is scam. They charge over 150 for labor for simple service (inspection) and they do not even go through the on sales side, but the service department is scam. We just bought a RAV4 XLE HYBRID, our sales person's name is Zora; you couldn't find a more sympathetic person, answered all our questions, set up the apps on my phone, explained everything in details, she is Zora; you couldn't find a more sympathetic person, answered all our questions, set up the apps on my phone, explained everything in details, she spoke French which was great because we had ask for a French salesperson.
