A very co-operative experience overall After having looked into a few Toronto dealerships who advertise "special" deals for emergency service workers, I was very pleased with the reception After having looked into a few Toronto dealerships who advertise "special" deals for emergency service workers, I was very pleased with the reception I received and the on-going assistance from everyone I have met so far at Mac Lang. I went in knowing what I wanted and had 2 vehicles to trade in. Gordie Antle spent an hour searching his computer to find me the vehicle I wanted and then arranged for me to get top dollar on my trades. Carrie McCreight then juggled things in the cash payoff area to accommodate payment by one bank draft and 3 credit card debits. She even found a way for us to get money back from Chrysler for installing a running board to allow access for a relative with mobility issues. If the after purchase service is as good as what I have experienced so far from Gordie and Carrie, I look forward to a long history of dealing with Mac Lang. More
