Couldn't tell me if my problem was warranty covered.had to spend $150 and 1.5 hours...only then were they able to look up my warranty...which they said they had no access to on the phone or at the service to spend $150 and 1.5 hours...only then were they able to look up my warranty...which they said they had no access to on the phone or at the service desk. I told them that the problem was sporadic....only happened one time..and after the appointment and service charge there response was that the problem could not be found...and I should bring it back if it happened again....while it was happening... Really..the problem is sporadic!!!! Waste of time and $. Funny how all of a sudden they had access to my warranty details only after I had to book and pay for a service...despite my request.... More
