I've been OpenRoad Lexus, Richmond customer for 13 years now. I've always been treated very well there and I want to take a moment to thank you for the great assistance with the recent purchase/lease of my now. Special thanks to Chris Ting who although a tough negotiator made the purchase/leasing process very straighforward one. After the current lease I'm planning to continue with Lexus but go electric with the RZ model. Recently I took part in the RX introduction organized by the dealership and during the test drive Chris explained and demonstrated the features of the car. It's a great vehicle. More
My wife and I bought the new 2023 Lexus RX 350h for our beloved daughter at Richmond Auto Mall a few days ago. We strongly would like to say the lease manager Ms. Stacy Yang is the best sales representative we have ever met for many years. We have driven several brand vehicles such as Porsche, BMW and contacted many sales people before. Compared to any others, Stacy is the most reliable, responsible, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and detailed hard worker. She devotes herself to her professional career and she made her customers with perfect satisfaction. We are deeply impressed by her excellent professional performance and customer skills before, during, and after purchasing the vehicle this time. Stacy demonstrates sound knowledge and skills to highlight the company's image and maximize the company’s profits without impairing her customer’s benefits. Also, we would like to mention that Financial Manager Mr. Tom Yang really did an excellent job too. When sitting in the room talking about the car we want to buy, we feel so relaxed without any pressure just like chatting with the best friend in the living room at home. He explains all the details in an appropriate and effective way. We really appreciated the time that all of us were able to spend together for fun. Indeed, we would like to say thank you Stacy, thank you Tom and thank you Lexus Richmond. Definitely comfort and safe driving experiences start now. Worst dealership you can ever visit. Especially managers and their salesperson are just a headache to you. Never buy a car from them. Even i bought a used jaguar from them. Firstly mr. gurpreet who works here said my car will have 3 month powertrain warranty but when my car couldn’t last for even a week then they were like we can’t give you any warranty on this as he said his manager said these words. Bad experience with the service here ! To bad he told me all the reasons why my premature tire wearing was my fault on my 2019 Lexus IS 35 I recently had an interaction from the GM, Ben. To bad he told me all the reasons why my premature tire wearing was my fault on my 2019 Lexus IS 350. He was not interested in listening, as I was looking for any commitment at all, to help out in my purchase of new tires. There was no commitment at all on what he was going to due and then he twisted what I was saying assuming I wanted new tires. it could have been a $50-$100.00 fix. instead he gave me a line that he did not want to continue on the call.....good out Ben! Hope the lack of communication with a loyal Toyota/Lexus customer was worth it.....way to hold your ground. More
I've leased 2 cars here so far and have had so many issues. Just recently their in-store car insurance person called me to solicit business. She said my car insurance is up for renewal and will be emai issues. Just recently their in-store car insurance person called me to solicit business. She said my car insurance is up for renewal and will be emailing me a document to sign. First of all, I didn't even purchase car insurance from the dealership, so why was she calling me to tell me to renew my car insurance? So I received the email with the documents, which I did not sign. She called me many times again and I did not pick up because I was planning on renewing my insurance with my existing insurer. And then when I went to ICBC to renew my license, they said someone did it for me already. So I called the woman from Lexus and she had the audacity to tell me she mailed out the decal and license plate to me already and told me to check my mailbox. One, I did not sign any documents and I did not pick up her phone calls. Two, who on earth mails out decals and license plates???? So now I have to pay $18 to cancel her renewal so that I can get my insurance at ICBC. More
