Buying experience I recently purchased a used Pontiac Vibe through Dana Golden. The last vehicle I purchased was in 1979 and it was not a good experience and I did not expect to ever buy another vehicle from Ontario Motor Sales again but I would now recommend OMS. GM is now beginning to build quality vehicles and the future looks great. More

service adviser lied Took my Chevy volt in for an oil change even though there is still 33% life left on it. Adviser suggested. tire rotation. Asked him how much. Said that rotation is $65 and it comes with a semi annual insp. After which I subsequently received calls about additional required services for cleaning the brakes and also a safety issue with corrosion on the hub that needs to be ground off. Semi annual cost $65 and includes a tire rotation. Would have gladly paid for a rotation only but adviser deliberately worded it the other way around so that it gives him the option for me to inadvertently authorize him to perform the other services that I do not wish for. Good Move Joe. Did not see that one coming.... Was going to buy a 2016 Cruz from them for my daughter but since they lied to me, I am not dealing with them again. Hope it was worth it for less than $79. Lost a customer for life and another sale. More

Never buy from them again Ryan Mcnutt was a great help and seemed to be very customer oriented, I purchased a used GMC Terrain. I was assured that the vehicle was in exceptional condition having being only driven by one of their own employees, but soon started to notice issues. I have put 8000kms on this vehicle and the tires have all cracked and are unable to hold air, after my husband and I were told that the tires were almost new. They were rated 8/32 treadwear (excellent) and appeared to be in immaculate condition. We were told by a GMC mechanic that the tires had obviously been sitting and not used very much which in turn caused them to crack. We thought the extra $450 we paid for the Tire Protection Plan would have covered this $949 purchase but it did notShortly after this the car battery had to be charged a couple times and eventually had to be replaced due to the battery on this vehicle also being dead. Will never purchase a vehicle from Ontario Motor sales again as they are obviously attempting to hide major dollar issues to trick the purchaser. More

No matter what the interaction, I have been supremely happy with their customer service, pricing, and general professionalism. We have had all 3 vehicles serviced at the dealership also. We just purchased a new chevy trax, with Trevor Edwards, who sold us our previous car, a chevy cruze. Trevor was extremely helpful, and patient as we tried to decide between the 3 vehicles we were looking at. Ornella, the finance specialist, was also very pleasant and helpful to deal with.
