The Headache and Stress Continues!!! The purchase of my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado hasn't been a pleasant experience to say the least. This new truck had been at the dealership 32 days The purchase of my 2017 Chevrolet Silverado hasn't been a pleasant experience to say the least. This new truck had been at the dealership 32 days since I took possession on March 15, 2017 because there is a bad vibration in the drive train with only 1300 km on it when I first reported it to the salesman on March 22, 2017 . They have experimented with several modifications including replacing the whole exhaust system, tires, reprogramming the ECM and finally replacing the engine mounts with new ones (not yet in production). After all said and done, the vibration is still persist and in my opinion it is worse. At the end of the day (32), I was ordered by OMS to return the rental I was using because they were stopping the payment on it and was forced to drive off in my new truck that hasn't been repaired. I don't know why at this present time, I would submit higher reviews for a salesman that I hadn't heard from in 16 days, a sales manager that likes to pass the buck to GM Canada, an owner who quoted "he would rather give me a new truck to keep his customer happy" and the service department that hasn't repaired the problem(good effort though) I'm the customer in this situation, that has a new truck with a vibration, I'm stressed to the nines having to deal with this issue on a daily basis and have a no sympathy for a company that took my hard earned money for a product that was supposed to be New and Problem Free. I'm submitting this review in hope that somebody will come up with a solution/resolution to fix this problem. Would you call this "acceptable" for a person who has purchased his 3rd new truck in 4 years from OMS?? More

They have the vehicle up on their website for $ amount, and their 'absolute best' offer was a full $1000 ABOVE the price on their website. This is how OMS treats returning customers, apparently. No problem, happy to take my money elsewhere. More
