After many bad experiances at other dealers, we happened to just stop by and didn't see anything in our price range. Greg happened to see us and flagged us down as we were turning around to leave and was ab to just stop by and didn't see anything in our price range. We are extremely happy with our Torrent - we had been hoping to hold off until the springtime to purchase but when we saw this 2009 Torrent on your website we knew we had to act fast! My husband, Alfredo hoping to hold off until the springtime to purchase but when we saw this 2009 Torrent on your website we knew we had to act fast! My husband, Alfredo, went in and saw Wayne (our cousin) who introduced Ryan to him. Alfredo took it for a test drive and you might say it was love at first sight! I received an email from Ryan that same afternoon with all the particulars and we went back the following afternoon so that all three of us could take it for a drive. My son wanted to take it home that day! Ryan went over everything with us and before long we were sitting with Kimberely who went over the financing with us. The next morning, I had sorted out the insurance and received word that the financing had gone through. When would we like to pick it up? Saturday morning could not come soon enough for Alfredo and Joseph (our son). Ryan called first thing Saturday morning to find out what time we would be coming in. When we got to OMS he was waiting for us and went over all the paperwork with us. He went outside with us and explained certain features in the Torrent to us and helped us setup the bluetooth - a new toy! You know the commercials where dealerships try to make you feel like part of the family - we definitely felt like that! We were afraid to drive it off the parking lot as it was so clean - both inside and outside! Now we are very happy we did! I have bought other vehicles at OMS and will continue to do so!
