Our experience at OMS was very positive - mostly attributed to our sales rep, Brandon Alexander. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly did not pressure us (or talk us into an attributed to our sales rep, Brandon Alexander. We knew what we wanted and he respected our decisions and worked hard to make us happy. Throughout our browsing/buying process we could only meet for evening appointments and always needed to bring our young kids along, so Brandon was very patient, attentive and accomodating to our schedule. He made our buying experience enjoyable for the whole family. We also had a great experience with the OMS finance coordinator, Odelle. She was very welcoming, courtious and made the credit/administrative process very easy for us. More

This was my first experience with this dealer and I found the attention given to my requirements was excellent. Everyrhing was explained in detail; cars were already pulled and ready for me to test before I the attention given to my requirements was excellent. The staff from sales to finance to service are very accommodating and pleasant. All my questions/concerns were answered in relation to vehicle details and the subsequent financing. My reason for visiting this particular dealership is due to Liz Barrett with whom I have had automotive dealings since 1998 (I am previous Saturn owner (3 cars)) and when she moved out to Oshawa that was recommendation enough for me personally.
