Trustworthy auto service dealership I wish I have more time to sit here and write about how grimy and evil dealerships auto service can take advantage of you, especially if you loo I wish I have more time to sit here and write about how grimy and evil dealerships auto service can take advantage of you, especially if you look like you don't know nothing of if you're a woman. I had always bring my car for maintenance service at an Acura dealership thinking they will always do the best honest job and give you the best honest advice, Paying extra is worthid to me since our car is the second biggest purchase. Please do not ever think any dealership or mechanic will be honest to you because you pay a premium price to get over priced job done and up sell uneccsssry service or not tell you a problem that will save you from having a bigger problem to come back to them. unless you are certain. long story short. Got my brake pads done a couple of months ago. Now brake pad is totally gone due to diagnose caliper seized. Don't know why they couldn't see that a couple of months ago to get it to this point. I brought it back to them because they were the one that did my brakes. And of course as I expected the blame was on the car. I spent over $800 for that brakes service that time plus some minor stuff they added etc. And now I have to spend another over $800 to get new caliper and brake pads again. something does feel right to me. I decided not to be taken advantage of. Not the first time I feel like something wasn't necessary right but I do what they say because i don't have time to research so I just do it for the xxxx of my peace of mind. Did not want to get taken advantage of anymore. I decided to call around to ask. I was so fortunate to find Ontario Chrysler that gave me a proper quote, gave me choices and showed me what happened and what could've been prevented. Brant was such an informative guy. He gave a break down about my car issues. David was my mechanic that took care of my car, explained to me what was done and my choices of parts which are all under warrantee. I really felt safe letting these guys took care of my car. I even did my research and everything they told me was honest. I even had nice shuttle drivers dropping me and picking me up conveniently. I'm never a person to vent publicly but I really want anyone out there like me to find a honest place to get their car problems done. Ontario Chrysler on Dixie deserve every star I can give. Will be going there from now on. More

New to Ontario Chrysler I have been getting my car serviced at a nearby Chrysler for a couple years. Each time I would go in there I would either have poor customer service o I have been getting my car serviced at a nearby Chrysler for a couple years. Each time I would go in there I would either have poor customer service or end up spending more than I intended on my car. I decided to move on and find another dealership. I googled and found Ontario. I brought my car in and was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the guys in the service as well as how I was treated. Spring Service Summers coming and had to get my car tuned up. Went to Ontario Chrysler and found out I needed more than just a tuneup. Back on road! I just wanted to say thank you to the men in the drive thru. My engine light came on, and my car seemed to lose a lot of power. They explained the problem to me well, and gave me some options to fix now or in future. I will come back for regular services after the great experience! More
