Great service! I work in the area but usually have my car serviced in my town near my home, however yesterday I could not make any of the available appointments with I work in the area but usually have my car serviced in my town near my home, however yesterday I could not make any of the available appointments without having to leave work early and could not do that. I was able to call Ontario and booked an appointment for the afternoon. I originally needed an oil change, but wanted them to look at a light that had come on earlier in the week. They were able to tell me what was going on...which was actually the start of a much bigger and more expensive problem. They took my car in, and I was able to pick it up this morning without issue. I will be back there as I'm so impressed with their flexibility and service. More

Dedicated to fix our Town & Country Van During this past hot summer, we had brought our van in to have the a/c fixed. We dealt with Grant Cafferty and he ordered the necessary part to repair the a/c. After the initial installation, the a/c failed to work in back of the van. He then ordered another compressor and another part, under warranty The parts were on back order for most of the summer. At the end of August, the parts were still on back order and were supposedly on route. We left our van at the dealership as Grant spoke to Luke & Bourk who continued to follow up on the back order and arranged for a complimentary rental vehicle a 2016 Dodge Journey until our a/c was fixed. We had the rental from Sept.1 until Sept. 13th. Many thanks to these 3 guys for their assistance and perseverance. We have been long time customers and have purchased or leased numerous vehicles from this dealership over the last 15 years and continue to have both our Town & Country Van & Dodge Charger serviced here. More

Quick, efficient and impressive First time bringing my Caravan to this dealer... and I was impressed! They use an iPad to get all the details from the car, went over the options and services required, confirmed my contact info and done. From the time i drove my car in, to time i walked out the door had to be less than 5 mins. Really like the use of technology. Don't even have my van back yet but know i will already be bringing it back. More

Not only are the service staff excellent (shout-out to Grant and Anthony!), but the office staff and the shop guys are always polite and helpful, too. So I wanted to share my most recent experience with this dealership. A couple of weeks ago I dropped by to have my tires filled, and while there I decided to get a quote on some new winter tires. The advisor I spoke to gave me a quote and I told him I'd get back to him in a week or two. Yesterday, I decided to drop in and order the tires. I discovered that the advisor I had spoken with was no longer employed there, but that wasn't a problem because Anthony Italiano was there, and he actually remembered that I had been there two weeks ago. I think that's pretty impressive, given the number of people who come and go through that place every day! So Anthony jumped right in and took care of me, and actually gave me a better quote than the first advisor did for my tires. He was just so pleasant and helpful and I am very appreciative of that. I live in Scarborough and bought my vehicle at my local dealership, I dealt with their service department for about a year and had nothing but issues I live in Scarborough and bought my vehicle at my local dealership, I dealt with their service department for about a year and had nothing but issues :( I work in Mississauga and figured there HAS to be a dealership near work, which is how I found Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! I've only had to take my car in for routine maintenance, but the service I receive each time is above and beyond...and quick! The hours are great! I start work at 8am, and since the service department opens at 730am I can make an early morning appointment, drop my car off and be back at the office before my shift starts because I've never had to wait for their courtesy shuttle (I've always waited at the other location I have dealt with) and the drivers are always friendly! I'm always asked when I need my car back by, my answer is always "I finish work at 4pm"...and I've always had my car back before Noon! I highly recommend the team at Ontario Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram! More
