I had a scary situation with my Grand Cherokee yesterday which relates to a safety recall on my fuel pump relay. There is no available parts for this recall but Anthony & Brian found the part and fixed me up with in a hour. Now that is what I call great customer service. I have owned a few GC and never has anyone at Chrysler gone above and beyond for me. Dedication to Service Yesterday morning my car wouldn't start when I went out to start my day.. It was totally dead. I didn't know what to do.. So I called Roger Pozzobon Yesterday morning my car wouldn't start when I went out to start my day.. It was totally dead. I didn't know what to do..
