Upon entering the dealership, Matthew was the first to approach me. As a salesman, he wasn't too pushy or abrasive, and gave me time to myself to wander the dealership. His easy manner and friendly smile is sincere, and I think even if I walked away without purchasing a car, he would have been just as friendly. The Manager I dealt with, Bob, was also courteous and friendly. And the whole team at Ontario Chrysler seemed supportive of one another - I love the bell ring and applause with every sale! I origanly went to this dealership as it was in the area of my workplace. I did not have a contact and just went in cold. I needed to replace my wife's Jeep Grand Cheeroke and was looking to purchase a Jeep of my workplace. I did not have a contact and just went in cold. I needed to replace my wife's Jeep Grand Cheeroke and was looking to purchase a Jeep Wrangler for her. This was the 3rd dealer I had visisted in order to price out the vehicle. Contstantine walked me through the process and I was so pleased with the price and service that I recieved from him and the dealer in general that I returned a month later and bought a new Dodge Ram Longhorn from him as well. I have recommended this dealership to a number of friends and I personally know that this dealership saved a friend of mine hundreds of dollars in repairs to the electronics of his Jeep Liberty. After finding out what our needs were as i was planning to order a new one he proceeded to show us a truck in stock which had more options but fitted our needs better and when priced out was quite comparible to an ordered in unit . Richard is very knowledgable about the new diesel trucks and was able to explain most of the options and after writing up a deal i felt really appreciative that we had talked to the right salesman . My experience with Dianna over the years has been a very pleasant one. I had purchased a brand new Caliber from her back in 2006. She was not pushy nor arrogant and listened to what my needs were. Dianna never once pressured me during those months and let me make my decision on my own. I did go back to Dianna once more a few years later to purchase a Grand Caravan and again no pressure no pushy tactics and always a pleasure doing business with her. He took me through a vehicle that I was interested in and his knowledge on the vehicle was outstanding. I went back and bought the vehicle.
