I dealt with Gord and found him very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. He followed up with everything and was always prompt to return emails and phone calls. I guess what really bothered me was having the dealership slap their name on my brand new vehicle. This to me should not be allowed as I am not being paid to advertise their dealership with stuck on emblems and license plate holders. My fault for not requesting it, however a hair dryer and screwdriver and things are okie dokie again. This was my second purchase here and my first vehicle did not have this advertising, so maybe it's a new thing.
